WISE Symposium Business Expo

As the WISE Symposium continues to grow, we are excited to announce the fourth annual Business Expo, which will be held during the WISE Symposium. Exhibits will be open from 10:30-11am, 12-2pm and also from 4:00-5:30pm. Many exhibitors found that traffic at the expo was fairly steady throughout the day, even when the expo hours were not going on!

You may purchase an exhibit display table for $250, includes an 8-foot display table during the luncheon and networking reception, which also includes one admission to the full-day event. Should you need to have an additional staff member be at your booth during the event, s/he may attend and work in the booth area at no charge. If your booth staff wants to attend session, s/he must purchase a ticket to the event.

Food Vendors

Food vendors may display and sample products that are packaged. If you are an exhibitor that would like to bring food samples, you must provide the Oncenter with a copy of your Department of Health and Insurance forms (fax to 315-435-8099, attention: Jody Harris and re: WISE Symposium).

Set-Up Information

Set-up of the exhibits will be offered the day before the WISE Symposium, from approximately 3:00-7:00pm on Monday, April 2. Specific set-up details and booth location will be announced as the event approaches.

Electric and Internet Services

The Oncenter provides complimentary wireless internet in the Business Exhibitor area. If you would like an outlet for power, you must notify the Oncenter so that they can arrange for electric to be at your booth.
